MOLHE was a project to transform and old fortress built in the XVII century, Forte Santa Catarina (Saint Catherine Fortress) into a nightclub with a terrace looking over the sea and a restaurant with a 360o view over the bay of Funchal.

The restaurant was operated by the group Lágrimas Hotels & Emotions and the menu was created by the Portuguese Michelin Star Chefs Miguel Laffan and José Avillez.
