Colombo's Resort

COLOMBO’S RESORT was a project to build a Beach Resort at Porto Santo Island, part of the Madeira Archipelago. The project was designed by the international Spanish architect Ricardo Boffil, under Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide’s The Luxury Collection brand standards.

The project included a 100-room Luxury Hotel, a 60-room Suite Hotel, 193 Touristic Apartments, 12 Luxury Villas, a Congress Center and a Casino.

The 193 Touristic Apartments were arranged as single level or duplex properties ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms and from 81sqm to 250sqm. Every apartment had a study and a balcony or sun deck.

Of the 12 Luxury Villas, 10 had 385sqm and 2 had 750sqm.
