ARTS INVESTMENTS acquired Building 1 in 2018 and Building 2 in 2019. The refurbishment and fit-out works were completed in 2021.

The formalisation of the acquisition of plot 3, 4 and 5 occurred in 2022 and is currently under development and project licensing, with construction scheduled to start in 2023, with official opening in 2026.
