ARTS IN Hotel Conde Carvalhal

ARTS IN Hotel Conde Carvalhal is a boutique hotel, built upon a 100 year old traditional Madeiran House, whose colonial style manor house was adapted to receive the Premier and Junior Suites as well as the hotel's main social areas, maintaining the house's traditional style.

The Hotel is located at Rua Conde Carvalhal 53, in a residential area, just 15 minutes from Funchal's historic centre and near the main access routes to the airport and other cities and towns of Madeira Island.

14 studios and two rooms were built in 2010, in two modern buildings, as well as all technical areas and a garage fitting 12 cars and various motorbikes and bicycles. The Hotel also has a chapel, open romantic gardens and two garden support houses.

The building has a gross construction area of 1413sqm and a garden area of 584sqm, and is implemented on a land with 3000sqm.
