ISS Madeira

In December 2021, ARTS INVESTMENTS acquired the old facilities of the Seminário Menor da Encarnação in Funchal city center, Madeira Island, and the 1.1 h.a of land surrounding it, in an investment aimed at the construction of the new ISS-Madeira Campus as well as the construction of residential apartments.

The full renovation of the building and its outdoor areas is scheduled to start in 2023 with official opening scheduled for Q3 2024.
